Can we send a sender of more than 11 characters?: No, the operator does not allow senders of more than 11 characters, además they must be normal characters, special characters not allowed.
How long can the message SMS be?: If you want to send a message that only consumes 1 SMS, it has to be up to 160 or less characters. However, you can send messages longer: 1 SMS = 160 characters, 2 SMS = 306 characters, 3 SMS = 459 characters, 4 SMS = 612 characters, 5 SMS = 765 characters, 6 SMS = 918 characters
What are the allowed characters in the message?: For example, if you want to send a SMS of up to 160 characters, the operator requires that it be encoded in 7 bits. If you want to see the allowed characters, please see the first table in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GSM_03.38
How do I cancel the service?: Very simple, inside the Addon you go to the plans section and there you cancel the subscription to that plan, there are no penalties or anything by the style.
How do I cancel a reminder?: If you have set a reminder, before deleting the appointment, you have to cancel the reminder, otherwise the SMS reminder will continue to be sent.
Can I share my plan with another user?: Yes, your license key can be shared with another user if you have the Professional plan or Big Company plan. Your license key can be found in Settings. Remember that once you have it, they can use it in their Settings and the messages will be shared. If in the future you want to change the key, get in touch with us.
